Many people, whether
you are a guy or girl
head to the gym day in
and day out and sweat in
order to have a body
that would make any
celebrity proud. Many
women claim to be a gym
regular in order to
remain healthy however
deep within they are
heading to the gym in
hopes of waking up one
day with a butt that
would feel at home in
any celebrity filled
magazine. While avoiding
an early heart attack is
a good motivator, many
women’s true motivation
comes from the negative
feelings associated when
viewing the latest
pictures of the hottest,
fittest celebrity.
If you want the same
butt that is in page
after page of the
tabloid magazines, then
you answer lies in
exercises that work your
walking muscles.
These are your butt,
front, back, and inner
thighs. Walking will
work these muscles, so
walking whenever you
have a chance is a must.
This means taking the
stairs instead of the
elevator and not using
the parking space
closest to the building.
If you are a runner,
then try running in the
mornings or evenings
after work. If you are
not a runner or your
schedule does not permit
running/walking outside
then take to the gym and
use the treadmill. The
higher the incline on
the treadmill, the more
you will work your
muscles and the more
quickly you will see
results. Also, try the
elliptical machine. This
machine is low-impact on
your joints but can be
very beneficial to your
muscles. Try it going
forwards and backwards
to get the most
benefits.
While both the treadmill
and elliptical machines
are great for your
muscles and burn a lot
of calories, do not be
afraid to enter the
weight room. Good
exercises to perform
are the sled, squats,
lunges, dead lifts, leg
curls and leg lifts.
Many of these
exercises are on
machines that make it
fool-proof. As with any
new exercise, whether it
is walking, running, or
weights start off slow
and easy. Otherwise, you
may not be able to move
the next day and
exercise is no fun
if you cannot move. Last
but not least, switch
your routine around a
little bit. Believe it
or not, your body
remembers the exercises
you perform and
after a while will not
respond to the same
ones.
Exercising to tone up
will not happen just by
going to the gym. You
must also eat right.
This means eating fewer
calories than you burn
in a single day.
However, this does not
mean only salads and
carrot sticks. There are
a ton of websites
devoted to healthy,
low-fat, and low-calorie
eating. These websites
contain informative
articles on losing
weight, toning up, and
of course great recipes.

However, there are a
lot of myths and
horrible diets and
dieting advice out
there. You need to be
able to discern between
the myths and truth. If
you have any questions

doctor or dietician.
Combining diet,
exercise, and
determination will
most definitely get you
the butt you desire and
one that would look at
home in any celebrity
filled magazine.
